No. Trunk release is for sedan cars with trunk. Its $150 for 2way alarm and installation is $80. No one go for the bypass module as its very expensive at $150. If they dont have the original key when they start car, engine will stop as there is a engine cut relay in this alarm.

For those who are interested and dont know which alarm to choose, I can tell you that actually there is no comparision. Our CARSCOP 2way FM LCD car alarms are a different class of alarm from what the other people are selling. Try and ask if any of them have the keyless entry function. As long as you are within range, but buildings and walls will reduce the reception. All 2way alarms are affected by this. No matter if the range they give is 3000 or 5000m, also the same as 1500m. As long as there is a few buildings between you and the car, the range will shorten.
