Great deals & Group Buy Guidelines - updated May 2009

Postings in this section requires approval from the moderators. Please allow 2-3 days for threads to be approved. Otherwise, PM any of the moderators to check on the status.
No obligations for members to join in the deal/group buy. If you find the price unacceptable, please do not post critics. Do blow the whistle if you can get a better deal!
In the event when there is a possible lower price, whistle blower is welcome.
In order to supercede the initial 'high-priced' GB, the whistle blower himself have to take the responsibility and take over the GB with the lower price mentioned.
Each post is entitled 3-weeks of activity, after which will be closed for interaction except updates (eg. collection status)
Restarting a new GB on the same/similar item from same organiser/seller (once the thread is closed) is not allowed unless authorised by the moderators.
Each advertiser is only allow to post out a maximum of 2 group buys at a time and not allowed to post multiple products per posting.
Note
Creating of Group Buy / Mass Orders is FREE. SSOG do not requires any fees or commissions on the group buy. Please report any incident on violation of this condition to the webmaster.
Payment by cash terms only. No payments in advance via transfer. Deposit payments (if needed) are to be agreed between parties (buyer and seller)
Any buy/sell activity, which can be define as Great deals/Group Buy and is posted in any other sections, will be deleted without warning.
Please report any irresponsible members and they shall be blacklisted from future listings.
Please note that transactions taking place here are in no way related to SSOG and it is entirely up to the buyers and sellers to negotiate and transact.
SSOG shall not be held liable for any case of fraud, over-pricing, fake, faulty, damaged goods etc. that arise out of transactions undertaken by members of this forum
Guidelines are subjected to regular review and change without prior notification. SSOG reserves all rights on the approval of group buys.
